Any would include: LFR, Normal, Heroic, or Mythic.

No but everyone assumed and put words in Blizzards mouth, when they said nothing. Yall jumped teh gun and assumed it was all difficulties before the fact
I did.
Your first one says “Complete the raids in fated difficulty”.
Then the fated ones say “any”.
So… if I completed one of the raids in fated LFR, I’d complete the raid in fated difficulty.

Because the achievements say any. Doesn’t matter if it’s the nests requirements or not. It says any.
Any means any. It’s not word play.

YEAH you can get the PRE REQS in ANY DIFFICULTY doesnt mean youll get the Meta Achievement, on RAID FINDER difficulty

you can get the pre reqs on ANY difficulty but in order to receive credit for the Normal Meta, you must complete the fated raids on normal mode
What else does “any” mean though?
If I bring a kid to a toy store and tell them “you can pick out any toy” and they come back to me with something and I say “oh I didn’t mean that one”… um… what?
