200 points is a perfect run. You can argue semantics all you want but your run was never perfect.
So tell us why he didn’t get 200 points for doing a perfect run? No one gives a damn about semantics or whatever.
You can get the bonus for the brokers without having the blessing as you can use the ravenous anima orb on either of them. I often do this for layers where I don’t feel the other bonus from it is that great. I did it a few days ago and it still worked and gave credit. 
It is frustrating when there are no elites even remotely together though to get that one bonus - had a run like that earlier this week as well.

Leafblight, your “bugged” comment is why I proposed an alternate bonus scenario without the Robber bonus, which again is not based on RNG.
There indeed is a bonus for interrupting elites: Hunter.
I advise to become more familiar with the Torghast scoring system. To be clear, there are 16 bonuses available and you only obtained 4. Many of the missing bonuses are not RNG-based.
I am truly sorry that you did not have a positive experience, but I wish you well on your future Torghast endeavors and strongly encourage you to become familiar with the score bonuses to push yourself over the edge. Good luck champion!

I looked at his image. There are plenty of points he missed.

Tell us what actual points he missed for doing a normal run.

As stupid as it is, I would say add not getting epic anima powers to your list. It’s a terrible design for what Torghast is suppose to be, or at least was, but it will net you more points.
I try to go for either Kill two elites within 10 seconds on later floors or do they don’t get passed 4 stacks of the stacking buff however I can. Sometimes you just have to pray you get a decent floor 4 to make up for a few points.
Also, according to your image you didn’t kill the final boss in less than 20 or less than 40 seconds. I would try to at least get the less than 40 one if you can as it’s a good chunk of points, if you take epic powers below 20 is more realistic.
Again, point system is stupid, but try to keep doing what you are doing and get the Double Elite on the 4th floor, No epic anima power, and last boss in under 40 seconds. Any mix of those two should net you the points you are missing.

The system should be designed like this:
Perfect run = 5 stars (Doing everything, under the par time, not failing, using your empowement)
200 points.
And then you should have these extra bonuses to help you catch up if your run is failing.
Dalfurane, it sounds like there’s confusion about the purpose of 5-staring a Torghast run.
Keep in mind that 4 stars are needed to unlock the next layer, not 5. 5 stars are used to unlock the Adamant Vaults, which is a bonus feature. Requiring bonus points to unlock a bonus feature makes sense in my view, and the OP seems to be presenting a player-created problem since they are not taking advantage of available bonuses, including the plethora of non-RNG based bonuses.
I’m not even going to bother quoting the other part of your post because it is simply: Hot garbage and not related to what OP is talking about.
OP didn’t get 200 points and 5 stars for his perfect run. Explain that and don’t bring in extra nonsense no one wants to read about.

I don’t care if you consider them bonuses. 200 points is required for 5 star. That’s it. He didn’t have 200 points.

Yeah, I haven’t gotten a 5 star yet - just 4s and 3s. I guess I suck. That progression to the next floor is hampered by this rating isn’t giving me any warm fuzzy feelings to Blizz right now. I swear they design this game like a F2P sometimes.
So glad I took a break from this game. Looks like you all are having a blast with the amazing 9.1 patch.
