What are you trying to do? Post on the forums or access the game?
In both instances it may take a bit of time for the platform to catch up and recognize you have a sub, if it was just purchased. Signing out completely of the Battle.net App/logging off the forums can help push an update through.
You can check your purchase history on Battle.net website to make sure the payment has completed and isn’t still pending.
If you are trying to access the game, make sure the specific license you are attempting to sign into is the correct one. Sometimes the launcher likes to keep you on your toes and log into WoW3 instead of WoW1.
