Well, Dadhgar’s been driving it like a souped up ‘69 Pontiac GTO for the last decade or so, and I’m pretty sure the city’s foundations were never designed for that kind of stress, so this was bound to happen eventually.
“But Jaina, Freebird was playing!”
Famous last words.
Meh, Blizz took out Undercity, the best city in WoW ever so…
Or made the destruction of Dalaran useful by dropping it on Dazar’alor.
That’s how you get Apophis and the Gou’ald. Do you want Apophis? Do you?
You better believe I do.
I’m not sure WoW’s story team could handle that level of epicness.
So are we going to have 3 separate portals to different versions of Dalaran now? WOTLK Dalaran, Legion Dalaran, and TWW ruins of Dalaran?
“Sure all we have to get you excited for TWW is more dwarves and more talents that we’re pretending are a new feature, but hey, we also blew up Dalaran.”
Aww I liked Dalaran. I’m gonna stop liking places. I liked Teldrassil’s music and look what happened there.
What I’m hearing is that this is all your fault.
Probably. Damn it Blizz!
What I feel like telling them is, "you think you do, but you don’t "!
Two of the most beautifully crafted cities never used: Dalaran & Silvermoon City. Oops shouldn’t have said that last one, it’ll go next!
That one they already destroyed in WC III but I wouldn’t doubt if they finish the job.
I blame Sylvanas for it. We should have turned her into 35 anima when we had the chance.
They’ll probably just snatch it from another timeline and bring it into the present. My Mage has three Dalaran portals all going to different times as it is so it’s an easy solution.
I don’t think it’s been confirmed the entire city is blown up.
All we see is the remnants of a tower, most likely the violet citadel.
Everything around Dalaran is encrypted from what I’ve heard, so we likely won’t know until release.
I’m actually very curious:
Were Moira and Dagran in Dalaran and they survived the fall, or were they on the island for some reason and Dalaran… landed on them?
