Also I had to listen to .45 records on a battery powered portable record player before 8 track tapes came out.
My first vehicle was a 1966 Dodge Pickup with AM radio and automatic transmission with the shifter on the dash that I paid for using my after school job where I made $2.85 an hour .
My 40th HS reunion was cancelled. Wasnât going to go anyway since itâs on the other side of the country and after the 30th reunion, I looked at the pictures on FB and recognized maybe three people and a dozen names. Very disconcerting.
