Yes I have, still same Issue.
Skbtitoylit sure is not affecting everyone, but those of us whom keep getting DCed from Doomhowl are able to play regular Classic and Retail, so there is something special about Doomhowl that is preventing us from playing.
Few weeks ago Doomhowl was working fine for me, outside of the occasional DC/DDoS attacks.
