manually typing in username and password fixed my issue as mentioned above.

I can’t get into WoW or SC2, but I can get into D3. Tried retyping info back in with no luck.

Manually typing in my account name and password resulted in the same error for me.

Edit: Deleting my WTF and Cache, plus putting my Interface folder on my desktop worked.

I can log into characters on the server I last used (Dalaran), but trying to change to any other server disconnects me (without successfully switching).

I can log in from the phone app but not from my desktop. Same error whether I use the launcher or type in my info manually. Nothing on @blizzardcs

Same deal. Can’t change realms to see if it will allow me to log in at all.

Try this:

  1. Shut down your gaming rig.
  2. Perform a hard reset on your router - pull power cable out, wait 1min, place it back.
  3. Start up PC.

That should let you back in, worked for me.

I am having this error right now. I already did all the troubleshooting you can imagine and nothing fix it. I wrote to support but at this moment I just get logical answers to reset the internet. I am trying to fix this for at least 4 or 5 hours.

I am having this problem as well. and only on 1 toon.
i went to help a guild member to help see what is happening.
and it happened to my mage.
i can get on every toon except the one stuck in that area.
the boats at stormwind harbor near the last pier it will auto disconnect you.
so my guildy and i can not log onto our other toons.
