It increases when you wear bikini armor, and decreases when you wear full body armor.
It increases your damage and healing done and taken.

i’d bring back multi-strike…but i’d also remove the idiotic limitations they put on it that ended up making it perform poorly for the classes that should have benefited from it the most like enh sham

naw it’s not…it exists in quite literally all similar mmo’s if blizzards devs can’t balance it with 10x the budget the others have that’s as ion would put it…a skill issue
Bonus shield
Your attacks build a bonus protective shielding around you for any excess damage you deal up to X amount for X duration.
Damn, then purple parsers actually wouldn’t need to move out of mechanics.

Luck. For cosmetic drops. Yes this would mean you get a luck set to farm stuff. And luck food, which would be made of duck meat.
What it would also mean is there’s be one item you can get that stacks two kinds of buffs. A special luck ring.
The first thing it would do would be to track whenever you do not get a 1% (or less) drop. So it stacks up to 100. It works even if you don’t wear it. You get stacks of that and then expend them to double your chances of the next 1% drop. You have to be wearing it to do this.
Each time you double, you get a second stack. You have to use on the same boss, or the stacks all drop. You get 100 stacks of THAT (representing 10,000 missed 1% drops) and you expend that and you just get your drop. However it deletes the ring and you can’t buy another for 100 days.
