I’d remove amor type restrictions on transmog. With the exception of weapons.
Give solo players a progression path with set gear limit so the rest don’t have to chase it yet it matters to what solo players do and makes them feel like they spent time wisely.
Kinda be cool, used to frustrate the everloving hell out of me to see a caster wearing leather/mail/plate shoulders when I’m stuck wearing street/courtly clothes/fabric with really thick piping.
I’d just add Furbolgs to Alliance, already. Horde can get Quilboar or whatever, I guess.
owospeak is now a mandatory addon for everyone
Real player housing (not garrisons)

Flying in Eversong.
I vote for a motor home mount that way I can take my home with me.
Give Forsaken proper upright posture options.

Housing like ESO.
Chromie Time has no level restrictions.
Put better casual gear incentives in the game to make transmog more appealing to the common gamer.
Glyphs for every ability that has an animation that actively change the animation. Like a glyph that would change my frost strike animation into my death strike animation would be greatly appreciated. Or just new animations in general. Make them rewards from different kinds of content.
Get rid of armor restrictions, and a dyable options color wheel, to all shades, spectrums and combinations of color, so we don’t look like the next person.
I’d make 10 man mythic raiding a thing, loot would be 298 instead of 304 (or whatever the equivalent is at the time).
Account-wide rep, or completely unhindered transmog (zero restrictions).
