Void elf mage. I’d be way too curious not to check out the void. Also since they can have “normal” skin tones and actual melanin now- I could look like me … until I go all voidy and purple. Not to mention they have incredibly long lives without being immortal, which is also nice.
Just a nice win over all- minus the possibly going crazy to the maddening whispers but small details.
