Id leave and join a neutral faction. If this is Cataclysm era, you’d only get killed if you formed a group against Sylvanas.
There’s some Undead who were allowed to join the Argent Crusade. Like that one guy in Plaguelands who specifically says he had no desire to join Sylvanas or Forsaken, but rather wanted to help people.
