I posted awhile ago something like it:

if a guy is glad/multi-duelist in a bracket make him join RSS with people just like him, stop putting that kind of people at the 1400/1600/1800 rating. Only because on RSS they still don’t have the rating they deserve, let them fight each other on their skill-level, the vast majority of the playerbase suffers at the hands of these guys.

The 1500/1800 bracket is full of glad-multi-r1-duelist.

And the funny thing is that many complain about RSS, that the 2s/3s arena is the real arena, so I ask, what the hell are they doing in RSS? (rhetoric)

Add to that some classes like RET with infinite mechanisms to mitigate damage (his and the team’s), mages with infinite mobility and 2 cheat death, sub-rogues with all their tool-kit, shamans still one shotting ppl, locks being practically immortals and with damage, cc and mobility.
