Fix your servers! They have been lagging out and crashing on Stormrage with thousands of people complaining and dozens of posts. It is getting old when I am in a 10 key and everything lags. I have 2.6gb download and 17ms its not my fault. ITS YOUR FAULT!!! I blame you so please fix your crap or im gonna cancel my sub.

There’s a chance it’s not even Blizzard’s fault. Evidently DDoSes have been coming in hot and heavy lately. They could invest in infrastructure to help load balance or otherwise mitigate things during a DDoS, but the service will still see stability issues. There isn’t much else Blizzard/Microsoft could reasonably do.
