Yeah about leveling... yikes

I agree with you, but I know this might sound strange. I actually kind of like how weak rogues feel while leveling. I’ve leveled a few classes (Mage, Evoker, Warlock, Demon Hunter), and honestly, Sub Rogue has been the only one I’ve really struggled with. Maybe it’s a skill issue, and I’ll admit that could be the case, but I’ve always thought rogues were meant to stealth around challenges and pick their fights carefully. You know, live out that class fantasy of being a sneaky guy. Maybe they’re not supposed to feel strong while leveling. Then again, I guess in Legion Remix, the whole point is to have that overpowered class fantasy, so fair enough.

That said, I do think rogues are kind of weird because of how they work. For example, Outlaw rogues use Vanish in their rotation for group content, but you can’t really do that solo since enemies just reset. Stealth in general also tends to drop randomly, which is pretty annoying. And Backstab feels strange too. You can’t use it on NPCs unless you stun them first, but with players it’s easy to get behind them. It’s just odd, almost like rogues were not really designed for solo content, which feels at odds with the stealthy class fantasy.
