I watched a solid 30 minutes of mes playing marks in that stream and I really feel like the outlier is the one shots he gets off when not using double tap. Damage is indeed really crazy but also he loses to teams that stop him a lot.
I think unerring needs its .5 mod back on crit damage and trueshot might also need a negative mod on crit damage. I think if you mess with base mods on aimed/rf or mark, you kind of defeat the point of marks existing again and then you’ll just see bm all season. Notwithstanding the obvious with flanking strike on sv as well.
