^ perfect example of what we are talking about
You really think the upgrades they got would take it from 40% to dead?
You’ll get your chance in ULD10 pugs when you can have people slow on mechanics and everything melts.
Still a ton of fixes needed for other stuff but thanks I guess
I would argue that a nice QoL change would be to update aoe abilities to show their max range properly (similar to retail). Far too many ground AoE mechanics that are ‘slightly’ bigger than their spell effects suggest.
Its like when youre the backup QB to Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, Tom Brady and your team is 40-3 in the 4th quarter. Rets will get to play when the content is on farm mode.
when details
Is there math to back this up? Like are there sims showing a raid with most/full bis sans XT cant do it? Especially with the ilvl buff?
Either way, im glad it happened, my guild wasnt sniffing this or even most other HMs
Leave it. Its called hard mode for a reason.
Thanks Blizz, its very silly the second hard mode of the raid was unkilled due to being overtuned.
This a good change. Keep up the good work
This has nothing to do with anything.
Ret was NOT one of the worst specs in TBC lol
Nerf all of ulduar by 30%
Hard != impossible.
Idk how true this is especially in classic and especially on target dummy bosses like XT. My guild is a quite average dad guild that has no hope of touching things like Hodir HM currently, but looking at Naxx logs at the end of p1 we were a decent bit better on kill times than the world’s best guilds in their first raids despite having a less optimized comp.
With the ilvl jump in Ulduar I think its even more likely that average guilds in later phase will surpass top guilds at the start of phase.
Can u fix druid t8 4set please.
I don’t believe it’s called Impossible mode.
Look, it has zero impact on me and I don’t care. But I was over reading the Reddit thread on this and people are saying the fight can’t be don’t even in full Ulduar gear. If that’s the case, Blizz probably had to do something.
you didn’t read enough to find that my point is more about the inconsistent ideology behind where tuning is done and where its not.
I’m struggling to understand how you think this is an apples-to-apples comparison.
I’m gonna need a log to verify this. If true your “dad guild” would have multiple top 100 world speed kills out of tens of thousands of guilds.
Beef Bar’s Patchwerk kill time on Oct 6 was 1:52 at 197 avg item level. That would still hold up to be a top 100 world kill time today.
