XP during event is odd

so leveling a couple of alts I had stuck at 60… I’ve noticed something during the grind.

Event is active in Duskwallow… I go there, get ~ 1200XP per elite kill at now 63…
figure I would head over to Dragonblight since it’s next. Since it’s not active yet, I fly over to a spot to farm some echo’s prior to starts. Only getting ~750 XP per elite kill.

Do you get more XP at the active zone? or is this an odd bug?

scaling working as intended you lvled so you will get less XP

I was 63 during both of these tests.

ended getting ~1200 at 63 in duskwallow
getting ~ 750 at 63 in Dragonblight

Meh, i was 65 this weekend, ran 3 dungeons and was 70… dont overthink it, just get er done!

5 levels with 3 random dungeons… they went pretty quick too.

I think I have 4 horde characters that I just can’t… do Dragonflight anymore. It’s pain.
