So for context, Evoker lvl 77, I start random dungeon which happened to be Ara’kara, with my XP bar around around 5%, I have 25% bonus from warband (green icon) + the 30% from the event, for a total of 55% bonus.
Dungeon finished and then I’m at 39%??
The bonuses don’t seem to be working, I’ve leveled dozens of characters and by this level, especially with a double bonus, I should be getting way more than 34% on a fully cleared dungeon.
Anybody experiencing the same issue?
You need to see what the bonuses apply to and then calculate from there. I’m pretty sure some are based off of mob kill, that sort of thing.
I’m not running dungeons as I level my alts and haven’t paid much attention to the bonuses.
The bonuses apply to any experience gain, be it mobs, quests, dungeons, etc.
At least that has been the case until now, like I said, I’ve leveled dozens of characters so I know very well how much experience you’re supposed to get per dungeon.
I’m not sure. I thought there was more specifics to the bonuses and I don’t know how they stack. Sorry. 
Not 100% sure but I ran a 5 man last night and it felt like my XP bar should have been a lot higher at the end of it based on two other recently leveled alts.
I leveled a character up this weekend and found tier 3 delves to be much better xp/hr than random dungeons in the 70s. Ran out of delves at 79 (the big xp is the delve bounty quest available at the start, not so much the delve itself) and then did a few random dungeons/world quests from there
Theres no timewalking right now, and random dungeons have lower XP rewarded than timewalking, which may be where some of the confusion is coming from
Thanks of the input but there is no confusion, the bonuses are simply not working right now.
I know TW has higher XP for completion but getting only 34% for an xp bar at lvl 77 with a 55% bonus is definitely not correct, in fact it is as slow as leveling pre-warband (25%) bonus, let alone the extra 30% from the event, that’s how I came to the conclusion that they aren’t working.
I just did one delve with the XP quest and one dungeon with the extra XP and it it was about exactly one level worth of XP from 74 to 75…XP bar was in a similar position.
Does that sound right?
