both shows were awful but at least Lucy Lawless has talent and isn’t a nut job so I’d rather support her efforts.

And to those who talk about separating the actor from the content…We all do that to an extent.
But sometimes, when the person is actually participating in harm openly, constantly, and unashamedly, it just leaves such a bad taste in your mouth that you can’t look at them without seeing it.
They do it to themselves. Lots of actors have dumb takes on things, but they tend to do themselves the favor of not broadcasting them to the globe over and over again.

However, as for the question, Hercules is immensely better than Xena. Xena was the first show that made me go “ummmmm, so does she have super powers like Buffy, because that would not happen if she hit a man?”

I have plenty of love for him. I was probably the only girl from back in the day that preferred him over Orlando Bloom.
Anyways, I’m voting for Xena. I loved her show way more than Hercules.
Leaving out how Peanut has turned out, I still have to go with Xena, like the main pair in that show better than the Herc pair
