Can we stop renaming Classic with retail elements silly and goofy names like Classic+
Just call it what it is, RETAIL 2.0
Calling it classic+ is the same exact thing as people people saying a PvP server isn’t PvP because you have to turn it on/enable it/flag yourself.
If there are parts of retail in classic then it’s no longer classic, it’s retail
If there is PvP of any type in a PvE server, then it’s no longer PvE, it’s PvP.

My working theory is that to Blizzard the v1.0 of the game is Classic. Thus, Classic+ is the v1.0 of the game, with additional (+) elements.

Several variants of it, yes. Yet, going by the survey that was floated, Classic+ to Blizzard seems like it may be far more + than we’ve had before.
OP has a point, if you’re gonna add stupid crap like dull spock, war mode, huge class overhauls, and raid finder to classic+, just call it retail

This is one of your suggestions to fixing boosting. You literally advocated to remove friends from being able to group in the open world.
Nope that isn’t what I said at all. In fact not even close. It’s interesting to watch people clip things out of context then try to argue to no end what they clipped is what you said.
How about you try again except with what I really said with the full context
BTW the topic you clipped out of context is about FIXING boosting, so you even got the topic subject matter incorrect.
