I had the same issue, my mage had 1 choice in the vault and it was the 51 ilvl cloth boots, sent in a ticket and got 2 replies within 6 days. This was their reply “Regarding your case. I am sorry to say that we GMs have no way or tool to investigate a big or provide any assistance before we are informed by our team. All we can recommend is to report this issue as a bug”. Disgraceful
