Having it permanent or not having it would effect it be the same thing from the pint of view of encouraging or not encouraging people to level.
When it is a limited time thing like this, it encourages us to level together.

Blizzard I implore you Keep it in Donāt get rid of it just keep it in rdf with Joyous journeys would be awesome.
For the people that donāt want it they have the choice to turn it off Iām going to bet thou most people Want to level faster Keep it in until cata Pray patch.
Most people Outside of a very select Few that want to do wrath hc They can turn it off Everyone else Would like to level faster just leave it in.

Iāll come back and heal when people stop rejecting me because Iām not āthe optimal healer specā. Holy is what I enjoy and if people wonāt take it then tough sh!t on not having players in the game.

No release date yet, but probably 1 to 2 months away.
Itās not the number 80 that inspires me to level toonsā¦so a boost to 80 wouldnāt make me buy it.
I level toons because I love leveling, I love the adventure and learning new classes. I love exploring old zones and reading quests and making new memories every time I level a new character. That my friend is priceless.

Sadly I completely agree I love wrath the game But I hate with a classic cough cough inquitations Community cough cough Has become.
Speaking of a tank I donāt care if my healer is wholly disciplined or Resto As long as they can keep me alive Iām good with whatever Same reason why I donāt have an issue with Crossfaction rdf.

The min/max community though demands a faster timeline because they consume the content so quickly. Then they get it and they quit anyway.

Its entire community consumes content faster. Serious question, how long did you think wrath was going to last? Because assuming ICC launches in October, Nov at the latest and we get 4-5 months of that plus the prepatch stuff for cata that means wrath was out for 16 months or so, that seems right.

And alpha/beta numbers should stay good as new alts need that for gamma.
There is method to the madness. this is how retail keeps not true end game filled. Its an mmo. MMOās need to work 24/7. not 2 nights a week and then most are done.
Those who donāt raid logā¦fix up alts. Newer players get almost end game to try for end game. It can be a win win situation there.

The shorter life span and fewer subs, meant RDF should have come sooner. I am hoping for era severs. If they donāt make it a money grab ( like they did with vanilla). More people may try and play both wrath and cata. Believe they will keep more customers that way.
How long, exactly, did you think they were going to drag it out for?
Itās almost been a full year now. And itās not like any of this is new content. 16 months of Wrath is plenty of Wrath.
