Need food? Healing? A place to rest without worry? Head down to our Ratchet where we can do just that and more for all those in need. Worry not, this is for all, be you goblin, human or vrykul so tall!
What is the APC Soup Kitchen?: The Soup Kitchen is Azeroth Peace Council’s current monthly neutral charity event where we invite everyone who may be lacking money, in need of food, hungry, homeless, traveling, exploring…if you need to eat stop on by! If you need healing, we got you covered! Everyone is allowed to our kitchen no matter who you are, retired Horde Veteran , Alliance Civilian or in between! So come on down and rest, get a bite, and even catch up with friends who may be across border in a safe environment!
I want to volunteer! : We have many people on staff who try to make this atmosphere as welcoming as possible so nobody has to feel the need to jump in and help. But…if you absolutely must find something you must do for us, I am sure we could find something for you. The biggest thing we ask of you here, is to make sure people feel welcomed.
A few guidelines to go over… :
- Please be respectful to others there, if you wouldn’t behave that way at a real soup kitchen, then don’t do it here! This goes ICly as well, characters caught causing a ruckus will be singled out and told to leave the area if there are rising tensions. We would never turn people away who need to eat, but if issues start arising action will have to be taken!
- This means where APC set their events down are sanctuaries . This means we do not tolerate fighting, violence or rude behavior within our events!
- You will need the Elixir of Tongues to get the full range of the experience, especially if you are an Alliance character- we are a Horde side guild! We also recommenced the Cross RP addon, it works with the potion and helps alleviate the frustration of the /emote issue and allows you to see other peoples TRPs!
