Normal and Heroic raids need to get on que finder

Normal and heroic raids should be included in the queue finder with appropriate item level requirements. This season, I was eager to participate in raiding and experience that content. While my item level more than qualifies me for the raids, the biggest challenge has been organizing groups and getting everything set up.
