people generally do progression raids for gear.
transmog is just a bonus (and let’s face it, most tier is just ugly)

there was a point in time (not so long ago) where old bosses were changed to “personal loot”, and you’d get a “chance” at one piece of spec specific loot per boss.
…but we “fought the good fight” by providing numbers, statistics, charts and documentation, instead of… whatever people are doing now by pretending they’re being “hurt” by pixels
sounds like you missed out on the update about players needing to obtain the mythic appearances by doing mythic content, moving forward.
(seems like a reasonable reversion to me, but as with any change, people are upset that they need to do the content to obtain the appearances… weird thing to get upset about, when people claim they “want the challenge”?!)
aside from the mounts, doesn’t all the old pvp gear end up available from vendors for marks?

as someone who doesn’t chase rarity, it’s weird to me that people care.
