Appears to have just been updated today! Looks great! 
The elf in the banner is one of the villian(s) for this expansion. She is one villian you will encounter various times as you do the various questlines in The War Within.

A hand full of times at the very beginning and never heard from again. Hardly someone you would make a poster over.
we would like more updates to change the puzzling cartel chips.
the player base as a whole is not happy with their implementation
