Yes, you just have to manually download the version and not let it auto update.
Yeah I never auto-install anything. I also never install the latest drivers unless I’m forced to, which is usually never.
Yes but whenever is that not viewed as a bad solution for a new product?
cyberpunk is so broken its giving bugs to other games with its nvidia drivers

I’m on 460.89 using DX12 and all settings on high with no issues. My card is a GTX1606ti.
Well before I used to be unable to run the game at all due to the Driver crashing, after a long talk to support Directx11 legacy fixed it. Though I am having something similar to what your describing but for when I damage some enemies they randomly flicker and lose their texture so for a split second the model goes all black and the textures flash.
Feels good to be Fallout 4.
