Go to Walmart, buy a prepaid, reloadable credit card with the logo from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Put money on that card. Go home, use it to pay Blizzard. If you buy the Walmart branded one, it will be free to load money on it.
Make sure it is reloadable. You can’t use gift cards that aren’t.
