I think the token seems to be a nice idea
Anniversary servers are already completely saturated apparently with bots and therefore goldselling and buying
I was surprised at first learning that WoW token exists and they didn’t integrate it into anniversary servers, it seems to fix alot of issues and causes heavy competition for bots
My only theory is that Blizzard is doing some sort of experiment to see if they get more $$ from having a bajillion bot subscriptions or having WoW token (Cataclysm as the control sample) since both seem to have a similar playerbase and size

I bought so many tokens with gold at the end of WOTLK. Paid for a year of sub time on both my accounts.

For those saying no to wow tokens, i dont know how its worse than what we have now with the botting, gold selling and gold buying. Id prefer to see my raiders not get banned for buying gold to afford basic consumes cause they want to play the game but its botted so heavily you cant farm open world, and the economy is bricked from the gold selling and gold buying already. Putting token in lets people atleast choose to buy legal gold that they can do as they please with. Blizzard isnt going to fix bots, they wont perm ban gold selling and buying, just put in the token already
