I submitted a GM ticket and the original round of suggestions didn’t work. They were to delete the WTF, Interface, and Cache folder I believe. As well as to type in some commands. This did not work at all. The next suggestion was to disable some startup programs. I have not installed anything new so I really do not like this solution. The next solution simply isn’t possible with my issue. When the freeze is triggered I can not do anything. I’ve tried opening task manager and Alt F4 as soon as I notice it’s about to freeze. I normally have a couple seconds I can continue to hear audio before the PC loses all responsiveness, if that tells anyone what my problem is. I will attach my DxDiag and MSinfo below. I greatly appreciate anyone willing to help.

Okay, but have you tried it? They likely recommended this step for a reason. Just because nothing new has been installed doesn’t mean that those apps don’t apply background updates/changes. Plus, freezing is not officially supported by Blizzard, since it’s a system-level problem and not a game client problem. The GM went above and beyond and their advice was disregarded.
The freezing and the error logs tell us the problem is with the system and not the game client.
Edit: In the reports there are some system errors, GPU driver errors, as well as errors for apps like Discord and MalwareBytes. The latter is known to cause problems with game clients, and I’m guessing it’s one of the apps that was asked to be disabled.
I just tried it with the most recent reboot of my PC but have not gone back into game. I was just stating I didn’t necessarily like the program disabling, willing to try though.
The Blizzard agent who assisted me didn’t specify any programs in particular to disable just said to go down the list basically and try one at a time.
Alright thank you. I can certainly close / get rid of Malwarebytes but Discord is a bit iffy. Might need to update GPU although I’m pretty sure I saw a thread reporting of issues with the new one. Malwarebytes will be first to go and than I suppose I try new driver.
Thank you
