How could I be a Blizzard hater if I started playing PC games because of Diablo and Warcraft 2, and have played all of their games since? Where is YOUR logic and facts? You are making assumptions. I never bashed Blizzard – simply pointing out the fact that things like this don’t happen when it’s all rosy.

Oh, so it’s just everywhere this year. Mother Nature has it out for us all.
Other people don’t bother me. I get along with them beautifully. Only certain ones do. And I am not sad and miserable.
The people I was referring to were the dysfunctional bully types back when I was younger – not anyone in a game.
Other people don’t bother you except when they’re wrong on the internet. And need to be stopped.
Now you’re acting like the last guy and trying to tell me how I am. No need; I can handle myself just fine. Thanks.
Note that I am not the one that got all defensive in the first place. Perhaps my point about blind loyalists hit too close to home, for some.

I think people are just trying to compare this to stuff like energy companies giving better rates to new customers and charging long term/loyal customers the full rate, obviously it’s different and just a little discount to try lure some people in though.
It would be the same if only new people that subscribed got that discount rate going forward and a vanilla player was still having to pay $15, then i’d be here with a pitchfork myself lol
