Same here, tried to repair, reinstall. It keeps crashing with no explanations. I just opened a ticket too.

I was about to link this here also.
That post some people are saying the updated to the latest os and it worked. But the minimum MAC OS requirements page has not been updated. Also some have stated that they have updated and it still doesn’t work.
FYI I can play classic wrath of the lich king so it appears to only be impacting retail wow at the time.

I have created 3 characters so far. Can bring myself to sludge through the levels tho lol. Hey Blizzard, how about you give an XP bonus to Classic since thats all we can play!
on my mac mini i am running the latest software and can’t login so there is a different problem. I thought I would try my MacBook (also running latest OS) to see if i can login there. nope…
WOW Live crashes on my iMac running Big Sur but not on my M1 laptop running Big Sur. I am opening multiple tickets until Blizzard addresses the issue publicly. If we all did that, we might get the attention we deserve as paying customers
I was able to get the starting video, but then it crashes. I still have my ticket open and I gave them a piece of my mind ( Up The Irons! ). Anyways, I seriously doubt that anything is going to happen soon.
I have received the reply after 4 days.They sent me the same info i already to troubleshoot my Mac.I now get the opening cinematic of dragon flight but then does the "application error thing right after.They say i need a newer laptop .This is not cool
