All righty, any improvements with the fresh drivers? If not, these are your next steps:

After you finish it, reset the game settings to pick up the changes and retest.

If it doesn’t work, I would assume something else is blocking us from accessing your graphics card. I’d disable background programs and temporarily uninstall security to see if something else on your PC is fighting us.

Let me know how all that goes.

Its the same. Did a reset in game settings, nope, no addons loaded.

Okay, at this point you’re probably going to be best served by opening a ticket so we can get more information. I’d submit a ticket here, link them to this thread, and let them know everything we’ve tried so far. They should be able to pick up with your MSInfo and go from there:

Submitted, but it appears nothing will fix it. I am totally lost, confused, angry, and tired cause its the only game on the pc that does this. I just dont understand.

I might uninstall and unsub from wow til I can get the problem fixed. Save money and disk space and spare me some frustrations and mulling the issues and problems over and over in my mind is exhausting. Opened a ticket and am curious to find out what is going on when at least 9 other pc games runs fine and smooth with fps and other issues.
