Hey I heard about the revamp but I also wanted to know what you guys think will change or what will be added? Do you think we will get back classic quests but in revamped upgrade with phasing added, removed quests like battle of the undercity, including legendary quests and other removed quests, do you think they will keep CATA quests and zones by using zone time travel by NPC, and will we get more quests in the next expansion?

I think they should completely remake vanilla azeroth from top to bottom 100%. No reused resources, completely from scratch and have the leveling process seep into the end game.

I’ve heard rumors (on YouTube) of an old world revamp. I’m not opposed to it, but I only take it as a rumor until we get official word. If it’s just an update of art assets, I’m fine with that. If they try to undo Cataclysm, I’m not in favor of that since many zones became better after Cataclysm.

It’ll happen but it almost certainly won’t be next expansion. Hope I’m wrong but I doubt it.
And even if they revamp the world its still gonna be filled with the same lame quests and non interactive zones they have now. I want a revamp, but the game has to grow somewhat or else it’ll just be a reskin of what we have now
I think op is referring to a rumour doing the rounds on certain YouTubers channels.
I’d prefer a “WoW 2 engine transition”, but an Azeroth revamp + infusion of horizontal content would do.
One thing I’ve always wanted to see is full-scale cities, no more sandbox. Let us enter every building, let us buy a house. Make Azeroth feel like a full on world.
