I’ve been trying to open up the wow shop in-game, and the shop gets stuck in the loading screen for shop. Tried clearing wow cache, reloading, and trying on the character select screen. Nothing is working.

I have been having the same issue. Tried UI reset and disabled all addons but cannot get the shop to load.

you would THINK by now, Blizzard would FIX this. seriously, that loading screen for the in-game shop only makes things WORSE!

I see this isn’t just me then, I just tried it to see if there was anything I would consider and it won’t even load. Tried all the tricks.
Edit: Seems the only way I got it to work was quit the game and load up and use the store while at the character select screen.

i cant even get it to load at all. not on character select or in game. the launcher store works fine, but we cant buy tokens there. i just want my monthly allowance and blizzard is being a bad daddy by not giving it to me.

shop was working yesterday but now it’s broken today. my guess something in the patch stopped it from working.
I just hopped back in the day midnight was out of early-release and the shop hasn’t loaded this entire time for me. I was gonna buy a token but there’s no other way.
It’s only worked once for me since midnight launched.
I’m currently trying to buy tokens right now, and the past few days, and can’t.
Same issue. Shows the new opening graphic, and just hangs there, forever.

its working. We just need to wait a bit and the launcher will load.
Currently having the same issue. i try to open the shop, and it just stays on loading. i even went take a shower while waiting. only to come back to it still on the loading screen…

Shop hasn’t loaded since the last update for me. Left it for upwards of half an hour.

I had this issue for a while during the winter, depending on the character I tried it on. It eventually stopped but now has come back full force with the latest patch. Not even opening from character select works.

Same. Deleted Cache/WTF/Interface Folders, repaired the game, ran in admin.
Can’t open it in char select, can’t open it on any characters, all my addons are disabled.
I’ll keep trying things. I didn’t have any issues until most recent patch.
