Too many of you guys are stuck in a mentality that this game should just be played 24/7 in place of real life. It’s best as a mild escape. Unsub for a while, it’s good for you.

You only do what you want to do. You set your own pace. If you have expectations to complete a bulleted list, which must be finished, then that is something that is in your power to control.
Lighten your load. Prioritize something, or nothing, and see what gets done.
If you make the game a 2nd job, that’s more of a you thing. Yes, there can be a lot to do, but none of it is required of anyone.
But if you are stressing maybe stepping away for a few days is a good thing. Enjoy the holidays.
The vault gives you a piece of gear. If you think that one piece of gear is a MUST, then your priorities and view of the game are wack.

My fix was to have the ability to grind out progress without constraint. If I missed a week or two let me do double the work to get on par.

It’s weird you compare this game to LoL besides the fact they’re 2 completely different types of games, but also because now they do have “chores” like all the time except even more insidious because they make you pay to take full advantage of those “chores”. I think you’re generally angry person who is projecting that out on everyone else no one said you had to do anything and unlike previous xpac you don’t really need to worry about falling behind either. You’ve created your own torment by placing expectations on yourself that you can’t or don’t want to meet.

I agree fully. All the systems are anti alt friendly. All systems should be account wide.

I think what he is saying, he will play LoL endlessly at times, for, pure enjoyment? Where in WoW, he isn’t receiving pure enjoyment in the same manner.

Then don’t play the game, that doesn’t make the game bad that means he just doesn’t get enjoyment from it, personally I can’t play league anymore for the same reasons.
This is why some are saying he didn’t give feedback he basically said “I personally don’t find this games chores fun (as opposed to other games chores, because lets be real its in every game now.) and anyone who enjoys this is bad and wrong.”.

Um what? My complaint was that I feel like I have to play a certain amount every day/week to be on par. But ‘only’ a certain amount, anymore and you are just wasting time. For example the first two weeks I played a lot. But what do I have to show for it? Nothing really.
I like grinding out progress in my own time not progress be limited by weekly caps and what not.

No, if you manage to fill out all 9 slots you get a choice of 9 gear. Each slot is just another choice.
What chores in LoL? Are you talking about the cosmetic ones? Who cares about those? Lmao.
If the chores were only for cosmetic rewards in WoW that would be perfect.
No the issue is if I miss a week I am way behind everyone and there is no way to recover.
