Wow Max Level going up again...WTF?!

I would like to solo older raids for mogs, mounts and pets without being grouped thank you very much.

Leveling is not hard and always has been apart of WoW.

A level squish didn’t hurt anyone, just made it easy for leveling alts.

OP, this has got to be the most idiotic thread made today, congrats.

But they told us there would be no math !!!

They should have stopped at 100…and then did horizontal gearing…so basically in 4 next expacts they re lvl us again and we will be back at 100 with900 gear…they need to find another different formula…

What a name.

They went over a decade before having to squish. It’s not like we’re going to be squished down to 60 the week after 11.0

I think you might be forgetting the squish at the end of MoP. Iirc there have been 3 squishes, a stat squish, an ilvl squish, and a level squish.

Eh, game runs a 64 bit client. max unsigned integer is 2^64-1 now.

Ok then you come up with a better explanation. That was the best one I had. I think that’s just under 2 x 10^19 so on a 64 bit computer we could have level numbers around

1,729,592,618,463,801,927

Kid really thinks this game will last another 15 years for another squish lmao.

I agree, let’s just continue going up :+1: Road to 200 !

I agree. I was looking forward to being level 200. Maybe even 500 one day.

But, it’s Blizz’s game, and they do what they want. As long as they don’t do away with leveling entirely, I’ll adjust.

Why not? Everquest is still around making less money than Wow
Token sales alone probably eclipse Everquests total revenue

The problem is that a lot of most very casual WoW players have Meganumerophobia.

I would have figured they would squish back down to 50. Before the squish scaling was getting absurd. One shooting the lich king with 10 million DPS. Squishing us down every expansion would limit that type of scaling.

is that part of the RPG experience, something that I disliked about its level squish experience copied from the same guilds wars since I ruined that experience due to the laziness of not being able to control large numbers like 1M numbers, and the fact of not helping anything in compress the experience gained in many expansions.

It’s really sad that you can’t control an MMO with several expansions where the content got bigger for everyone, which I prefer to return to that RPG experience.

If you want a game without experience, dedicate yourself to playing Fornite and LoL, and whatever they say, I will answer that it is not the same.

You posted a question looking for a response. I/we responded. What else do you want, a cookie?

put the drugs down … holy

Who cares what the lvl says? it’s not affecting you in any way.

You are still going to level each expansion, the max lvl numbers don’t mean anything!

If anything they need to just remove leveling and focus on end game content from now on.

How are you just now finding out about this?

You’re the only person here who is surprised by this.

They need to play with levels, otherwise people wouldn’t do story and quests. Blizzard doesn’t have good systems like other mmos, where they don’t even change levels every expansion.
