“Maintenance” is the new code word for office drinking and CUBICAL CRAWLS ARE BACK BABY! They forced everyone to come back to HQ to work and they gotta make up for lost time! Middle managers get to harass people for arbitrary reasons again! Wooo!
(For original point, I don’t know why maintenance takes more than a few seconds, all they are doing is flipping on and off the amazon cloud servers they rent, they no longer house their own servers… who knows what they are doing since they test nothing)

This morning it said scheduled maintenance for tomorrow only - then I got lagged and alt-F4ed to come back to servers down and a new message saying “scheduled maintenance” today too. Nu uh! You said tomorrow, Blizzard! It’s fine, I just think it’s funny that they worded today as scheduled when ohh boy it wasn’t!
