Alright - World of Warcraft is shutting down and you have the ability to save ONE zone for nostalgic/memory sake. You will be able to still walk/ride/fly around this zone whenever you want just to reminisce. Which zone you choosing/why?

I’ll agree with Elwynn. If not, then it’s a toss up between Howling Fjord or Grizzly Hills. Simply for the aesthetic and music.

Cavern of Time. Technically cheating as it has subzones with the raids and dungeons and stuff.

Weirdly, Mechagon. I love the steampunk/robot theme (I should have been an engineer).

Seconding this! It’s a hard competition between Stormwind, Suramar, and Ardenweald… but I think Suramar would be my preferred.

Just goldshire. It was my safe space after dying to a wolf for the upteenth time.

Whenever I end up in EF I always kill one wolf just for s & g.

THIS!

Best zone/questing hub ever. If every zone in an expansion had the depth, and changes as the story progressed, WoW would be on SWTOR level of storytelling IMO.

Hillsbrad Foothills.

Some of my best WoW memories were in that zone.

Either Classic Barrens or Classic Elwynn Forest.

Feralas. I’d chill a lot by the Verdantis River bridge.
