TBC is not P2W, you cant buy gold from the WoW Shop (which in turn can be used for services such as GDKP).
Now Retail on the other hand with the WoW Token is P2W because you can pay Blizzard $20 for a chunk of gold which you can then spend on player services which gets you raid clears, gear etc.

Its not categorically pay to win, you nerds. we know that. But its effectively pay to win bc its played that was against TOS and blizzard actively does nothing. its def pay to win.

Win what exactly? What can one person win that another one cant? Pay to win is being given an instant advantage over someone else, whether that be through items, access to new spells, etc. Winning the bid on an item in a GDKP is not pay to win. That player still earned the gold (whether legitimately or not) and still had to clear said content to the boss to drop the gear. They still technically earned it.
Pay who say pay to win and wow in the same sentence just arenāt putting enough thought into it.

What you really want is tri spec with duel spec, also donāt forget the boost button that gives you tmog wings and letās you fly through dungeons and get free rep
