Brutal Slash is now usable in Bear Form and replaces Swipe while in Bear Form. It does not generate combo points or cost energy while in Bear form.

Healing done to your pets from Mend Pet or Exhilaration no longer grants any healing to the Hunters from Leech.

Corrected an issue where Chimaera Shot had two chances to trigger the Lethal Shots talent.
Aimed Shot damage reduced by 15%.

Fixed an issue with Summon Water Elemental where it was persisting in situations where it shouldn’t

Rising Sun Kick damage reduced by 20%.

Storm, Earth, and Fire damage transfer reduced by 6.66(repeating, of course)%.
Serenity causes the Monk to deal 15% increased damage (was 20%).
Invoke Xuen duration reduced to 20 seconds (was 24 seconds).
Shadowboxing Treads increases Blackout Kick damage by 10% (was 20%).
Teachings of the Monastery now causes Blackout Kick to have a 12% chance to reset the remaining cooldown on Rising Sun Kick (was 15%).
Fury of Xuen haste bonus has been reduced to 5% (was 8%).
Whirling Dragon Punch damage reduced by 10%.
Forbidden Technique now causes Touch of Death to deal 20% increased damage (was 40%) in addition to its current effects.
Rushing Jade Wind damage reduced by 10%.
Xuen’s Battlegear now causes Rising Sun Kick critical strikes to reduce the cooldown of Fists of Fury by 4 seconds (was 5) and when Fists of Fury ends, the critical strike chance of Rising Sun Kick is now increased by 40% (was 50%).
Developers’ note: Windwalker Monks are dealing too much damage across the board. As a result, we’ve reduced the damage of most Chi spenders (Spinning Crane Kick and the recently improved Strike of the Windlord being the notable exceptions), reduced the throughput of major cooldowns (Storm, Earth, and Fire, Serenity, and Invoke Xuen), and reduced the effect of some powerful talents with the goal of preserving build parity after these changes.

This is the most ridiculous nerf I have seen in 16 years of playing this game. 1 Line. No explanation. The offending PVP 2 shot could have been easily addressed without gutting the entire spec. Given spell interactions and proc based modifiers many abilities took more than a 25% nerf. If this isnt reverted all my excitement for DF and the future of the game which has looked so promising will be gone and Ill simply focus on IRL stuff as I should probably already be doing. This game has been great but the let downs and constant disappointment has reached its’ peak with this.
How dare enh shaman has burst. Nobody else can do 70-0 in only 10 seconds.
Blizz: Here’s the easy fix.
Reverse this stupid non-thoughtful braindead nerf.
Remove Raging Maelstrom and give us a real defensive (bubble, insta heal, a real stun or whatever)

Take the 2 sec countdown off of cap totem. I have to use a pvp talent and 1 min cd to trap someone… for a 3 second stun. DPS classes who can stun 2-4+… Paly, Rogue, Hunter, Warrior, Priest, Druid, Monk, Mage, umm… oh, all DPS classes except shammy. Guess we have lasso but that doesn’t allow you to continue your rotation and is almost always interrupted.
In PVE enh was not OP.
The only spell causing tears was 10 maelstrom EB/LB.
Now its back to wet noodle status.
Why don’t you just delete the entire class from your game already.

Would be nice to get some “Developer Notes” with the changes (like you use to do in HOTS’ patch notes) so we can understand were these changes are coming from or what they intend to achieve.
They don’t know what they’re doing. They’re killing sustain with their blanket choices because they buried themselves in their stupid modifiers.
When the class is made to feel worse most of the time(out of burst) to address burst problems, they’re still clueless about the issues they’ve created. They’re making things worse in another direction.

You need to take hunters out of there cause they got nerfed so hard they will be at the bottom 4 for all 3 specs fighting for the worse spot with enhancement.
