Since the Earthen were created by the Titans as an experiment to help Azeroth ect does that make them Mini Titans?

I think they prefer the term Mitans, or Mittens during the colder seasons.

Not really.
They are kinda a construct, made to maintain the land and help the Watchers (Also a titanic creation). Not literally a “child” from titans.

No, they are Titanforged along with the metallic Vrykul and Mechagnomes; constructs made by the Titans.
The earthen were part of the titans original creations. They are made from stone the same as all the creatures were.
The old gods created the curse of flesh which turned all the titans creatures into the living beings we know now. My guess is that the earthen were not effected by the curse of flesh, or were not effected as severely. As the curse of flesh also gave free will, so they were perhaps effected a bit?

I would be happy to explain to another descendent of the Titans. 
On Azeroth, Watchers Mimiron and Archaedas created the Forge of Wills that developed Titan Azeroth’s sentience and later used to craft the Troggs-- redesigning the Forge of Wills again after that disaster and developing the Titanforged. 
Likely the Forge of Wills the Earthen in War Within are using to craft more of the kin and cattle. 
…then way later Mimiron survived being dead and his soul inhabits a Titanforged Mechagnome. No one asks Mimiron about other Titan mysteries because he’s too obnoxious.

Recent curious thought, do Goblins count as Titanforged since they were an experiment by Mimiron? 
I’d say no. He experimented on them but he didn’t create the original race.

that makes them earthern.
They’re basically the janitorial crew for the Titan Watchers. The titans themselves didn’t make the Earthen, but lesser beings; watchers like Tyr, Mimron, Odyn, left behind by the titans to observe Azeroth’s development did.
You can see Earthen forges where they’re created in the general Ulduar complex of dungeons. Specifically Halls of Stone.
