Serious question. I know if I dont hit level 90 I wasted the additonal $30 paying for early access to leveling

You didn’t pay for early access. No one did. Early access is a freebie tacked on. You paid for all of the other goodies.

Overall, I’d say no. Like in my case, early access came with my CE box, I didn’t seek it out. I’m not rushing to 90, so it just means I can play now instead of in a few days. if you buy it TO get to level 90 before the full launch and don’t manage it, I suppose it would be a waste.
But if that’s your aim…you probabaly should have already been researching how to get to 90 and have plans for what you’re gonna do when you hit it.

It’s not hard to hit 90 at all. I’m 2 bars in to 89 by doing every quest in Eversong Wods/Silvermoon and ZA. Still have two dungeon quests and a delve to do in ZA and the other two zones.
I dont think it would be considered wasted though. If you didnt play then I’d say it’s a waste, enjoy the game how you will..

Not even remotely, there isn’t any end game content available anyways, and gear sources are limited enough that you will be able to catch up, or exceed the current max ilvl in a day or less.
Imo, the best use for early access is being able to take your time and simply enjoy the quests and the journey, BECAUSE there isn’t any sort of rush to hit max and start grinding for gear.
If you don’t hit 90 during EA, so what, your still going to be however many hours closer than you otherwise would have been.

The extra price on herbs isn’t that wild and atm only people making bank are those spamming green profession tools. Its gold but it’s not getting lucky with the jc neck pattern in df gold.

I enjoy exploration, character level is moot, I am not racing to 90. Truth be told, I bought epic for the mounts and early access was a side bonus.
From my experience so far Friday was dead and Saturday I could barely find living mobs, there were so many players.

Most enchants are barely selling for more than the cost of the vellum. Even ones that cost hundreds if not thousands to craft. Dunno how it bottomed out so fast.
At least the mats are selling decently.

Nobody pays for Early Access. Nobody buys an expansion teir because of it. People buy a cake. The expansion tier is the cake. Early Access and beta access is the cherry on top.

I won’t hit 90, i have my first toon at just under 81 currently an an alt at almost 83. That’s it, still easily worth my $30 or whatever it cost.
It is usually profitable but a lot people are chasing highs that traditionally have been tied only to rare patterns
All I wanted out of early access was to be able to finish the main campaign before the crowd arrives.
I got to do that, so yes it was 100% worth it for me.
Well i am hoping soon after Everybody is in midnight , there will be a market flood of disenchantable greens and dust wont be 59g a pop. But yeah , the first few recipes I have are meh and they arent even worth chanting on your own gear.
I am liking getting knowledge for applying chants though, It did not do that for me in TWW.

Probably gonna grind endeavors my horde/allaiance houses are only level 5 (both).
