I understand. It happens. I’m not particularly impressed with WoW myself these days, but it’s a common ground thing with friends and such who do want to play, so I guess I am still here.
I havent seen more than maybe 4 or 5 players on at a time this week in my guild though, which is interesting since new patch usually means everyone is on at once. I am curious if everyone will show up next week for raid.
I’m not invested either. I honestly couldnt tell you anything about this patch other than what was shown in the cutscenes. I should change covenants and polish my rotation and such, but I just don’t care enough. I hope no one wants to do M+.
I do like some of the mobs they added like the anxious nibbler. Really wish I could tame it. Got a bit of joy out of one of the assault quests today where you feed up a gormling and then ride it. I guess that’s something.
Really irritated when I have a bag full of anima and relics and other junk that isnt actually vendor trash though.
I will tell you that it’s sad, but it’s okay to take breaks. Or if you decide to quit permanently that’s okay too.

meanwhile one of my good friends that went to Sargeras at SL launch, her guild raid team, plus more (30+ people) are online getting prepared for the new raid and dungeon
they have gotten famed slayer of denathrius and they are ready to do so with Sylvanas

Don’t let it bother you man leave and come back at your discretion. I leave for years at a time as well. I really enjoyed your take on why your leaving. Hopefully this isn’t the time you never come back.
All my guilds are empty and there are some super long time players that haven’t come back.
I don’t see much enthusiasm from players in game either. Oh well it is what it is.

I didn’t want to measure my guild vs yours. I was stating that usually my guild is very active week 1 of a patch, and this time it seems like that is not the case. The only reason I mentioned it is because I am worried there wont be enough of a team to raid with, which has nothing to do with population or other guilds or anything.
Does not help that I think the best Mythic + spec is survival… Cause Wow golly you can never find a melee anywhere in a game that released three classes worth.

Clark thinks it would be good for the game if anybody who ever said they were leaving, anyone who even voiced a criticism, should have their account and posting privileges immediately removed and be permabanned.
It always amazes me how many people proudly admit they are stalkers who follow every player closely so they can later out them if they leave and then decide to come back. How exactly do you find time to play the game while maintaining a database on all other forum posters?
