It could be easily further balanced by giving to static stats and only the time relevant talents.

You’re right, its harder than it was.
This should be something limited to only titles and truly prestigious things like getting gladiator. I’m of the camp that thinks elite sets and illusions two expansions back should be made available again with an item similar in function to the vicious saddles. Achieve a certain rank/grind enough, visit the vendor for some shinies.
I did the math once and if they did something like that, it would add something like 8000 hrs of grindability to the player starved pvp brackets.
Dumb and discourages new players.
Things (in general) are only prestigious when they’re new
You have to learn that I (and most others) don’t agree with you/Blizzard about that and can/will continue to voice my thoughts about what I think would help a game I’m passionate about and love
