When using the app, I have noticed that not all Epic characters that still need XP to level to Legendary are getting the XP. Only the first one shows XP being added (the amount to level is decreased). The others stay the same. I have not been able to confirm if it is a display error or not, but this just started happening with the newest app version for 8.3.

I also noticed since the patch that no troops are getting upgraded to veteran status.

I can confirm that it isn’t a display issue. I had a single character that was not legendary, and completed several missions. No XP gain was granted in the app, but going to the mission table and completing a mission granted XP as usual.
