I transferred servers yesterday, several items in bank are missing and items I deposited today disappeared when placing them in the bank. You could hear them being added, but they did not show up. Dense Stone deposits, AQ40 rep tokens, maybe others I did not see. I went from a full bank to many empty slots.
Have you done a proper reset UI? This definitely sounds like a UI issue.

Just finished resetting, the items still do not appear.
Then I’d put in a ticket - but this is almost always a case of your UI just not displaying something properly. Especially if you heard the sound effects. You didn’t reinstall any addons before testing after the reset - did you?
I did not reinstall any addons, I changed the file names to old, it created new folders. Logged in, checked bank inventory and still showed nothing. I hovered over each empty slot in case the icon was not showing, but still nothing.
