I think that they should add those who are stress testing to the BETA as well. It can be unfair to lock them to lvl 5 and only 2 hours of game play.

I will be in huge disadvantage in comparison to people that are actually playing the beta right now, this is kinda depressing

Make sure to untick the Opt-In values so that they aren’t accidentally sending invites to the next stress test to people who won’t use them.

I’ve seen streamers doing ‘/who’ that don’t even reach the 50 player cap.
Please justify your 6k number with evidence? I’ve seen speculation about 2k, but feel free to show me more.

The communication about the beta was not clear. People were tricked into resubbing for a chance. Poor form. We can point to clues after the fact, that doesn’t mean blizzard wasn’t being unclear.

SUPER upsetting that just because we tried to help the situation, and in doing so exposed a flaw in the PTR/Beta client management…we dont get in.

While I am in for the stress test I do not agree with this. If they are nearing capacity for the Beta I wouldn’t want anyone on the beta to endure any queues. Queues shouldn’t exist on a beta realm unless they’re testing login servers.

I’d be bummed if I had to wait an hour or two to test things. :frowning:

I’m sure I’m like most people who are pretty upset to not be included in the Beta. I understand inviting everyone or starting with an open beta isn’t exactly the wisest choice. Those of us who have been around forever and did not receive an invite will be waiting impatiently for more information regarding a chance to play the beta.

On another note, when you guys reevaluate your numbers for the beta testing can you see how many accounts are inactive on the Beta. I know of a few personally who have Beta access but never play it or got to level 5 and stopped. Would be nice to get my hands on it without breaking ToS.

Sorry, Pured, but there are testers in the test; it’s primarily comprised of testers, in fact. The opposite of fraudulent.

And you can drop the anti-MVP sentiment. Here or in chat, I’m still a Bliz MVP, so I don’t even know what it is you are trying to accomplish by going after my title. Judge people by their words, not their color, Pured.

In another thread it was reported that the server values were currently Full for the PVP, and High for the PVE, at a time when the majority of North America should be at work or school. Therefore in peak periods it will be higher.

3k per server, 2 servers = 6k.

3 months on a small population? Not only that but their are going to be players leaving the beta after a while. With no other players to replace that I’m not sure if this game beta will be covered.

Preety good evidence in this post that you don’t deserve a Beta Invite. Beta Invites are for testing the game not a demo. If you aren’t willing to test why would they invite you
