WoW Classic Stress Test – June 19-21

Why would Thaurissan be on European time? Its 12:42pm in PDT. That just completely invalidated your argument because you’re looking at YOUR OWN LOCAL TIME.

I just made a character on Thaurissian and when you mouse over the clock it says:

Realm Time: 05:44
Local Time: 12:44

I live in PDT.

EDIT: Right click on the clock, and in Options, toggle “Use Local Time” on and off a couple of times, then leave it off. Its a known bug that it starts toggled on even though the option is not ticked.

So if EU has an open beta then they already have more access than US. I don’t know what the complaint is then.

No it’s currently set to realm time, I know the difference thanks.

Thaurissan is not set to CEDT time which is what 9pm would be. You’re invalidating your own argument.

No I’m not, learn to read. I’m on Thaurissan OC…it’s 5:46am there, my minimap clearly says 5:46am…/time in game clearly says 5:46am. Yes it’s 8:46pm my time. I’m not playing on an EU realm and I’ve not set my clock to local. Thanks, try harder. When it hits six am there WILL NOT be six dongs.

Yes. That is Australian Eastern Standard Time…

Congratulations, you proved my point. The Oceanic servers are not set to PDT or it would show 12:46pm.

I don’t call you entitled, you call yourself entitled… frequently. You wrote a 5 page paer on it like a week ago as to why you are entitled and proud.

Please tell me regular beta realms will not be off line this entire time and that you will also raise the lvl cap. Lvl 40 is boring

Forgive me for a post that’s not a hate speech, but…

what about our characters from previous stress tests?

I imagine that given everyone’s accounts were wiped we’ll have to recreate them. Maybe beta testers kept them because they kept playing though.

Can it be clarified if those who participated in the first test would still have their characters? Were all the characters wiped when they took away the stress test for a large portion of people?

If those who didn’t have it removed keep their characters, it may not be fair.

Maaaaaaaaaan the people I know from the last stress test that kept arguing with me when I said they shouldn’t do their next set of quests in case the cap raises again… Y’all gonna’ be mad, huh? I’m going to take this opportunity to say I was right.

Also, for all new people to the stress testing experience, firstly, welcome! Secondly, when you’re level 15, go do small quests that you won’t need in order to level higher. It considers you as level cap so you have level cap monetary rewards for all quests. Easy to farm gold!

I plan on following the test plan and creating a brand new character or 3.

Unless this is the case, in reference my post in here, then we all lose and I can’t gloat.

… are you high?
That is absolutely not the case.

It is true that some people from EU did get full beta access but they are far from the majority of players that opted in for the beta test.

It’s the same two beta realms for NA/EU/Asia/Oce players… beta for EU players is as open as it is for NA players.

Blizzard is a USA (California) based company. They need to have their employees on staff during the projected 3 hour window if not longer. They can’t cater to your “entitlement” attitude.

Just be happy there is going to be “vanilla” WoW again in a couple months.
