So then why give access for 2 days its meant to be beta it even says beta & stress test Blizzard just has no idea what their doing and never will.

If you actually read the bluepost, you would know what they’re doing. They’re testing by STRESSING the servers. The beta will be down while they test. Being invited to the stress does not mean you’re in the beta. The stress test and the beta are not the same thing.

i got the email lastnight that i was in for the stress test and i have 4 to 6 to play till level 5 been trying to log in for hours now and still says its closed almost 6 here in the u.s so im gonna be really upset if i don’t get to play it!!! idc that its only till level 5 still wanted to play :frowning:

Its because the test begins at 4 PDT. That’s still an hour and change away from now.

oh wow i didn’t know that my email just said 4 to 6 unless i read threw it to fast cause i was stoked and missed the pdt part lol

This will most likely be true… but I can understand why.
It is kinda a tease getting into the stress test, being able to get to lvl 5, then get booted out without ever being able to log back in…
Especially since we have been waiting for this for a long time.

Hi Blizzard.
I have been a Vanilla server player since the days of vanilla and after the release of WoTLK. (I did not like this expansion very much so I went to private servers around this time). I recently subbed again in anticipation for the Classic WoW release.
Is there anything that I need to do specifically in order to gain access to the Beta? I have my Classic beta settings checked on the website, but if there is anything else to do please let me know.

Thank you for this post blue person. Seeing a classic option in my Region/account menu, I thought I had access to the beta. Thanks for clearing that up!

I am happy to help test the strain on the server, so live servers dont have problems like what happened on the first day of Draenor.

On that first day of Draenor, I was lucky I wasnt stuck on a flight path, unlike some of my guildies. But my Garrison was bugged out, rubber banding all the time, and everyone else in their garrisons could be seen in my Garrison too.

I fully plan on posting on the forums with my feedback, as soon as I get access to the Beta. I usually get beta access months before my gaming friends, and once I get access to this beta, I will happily provide my feedback, as I want a good clean smooth functional Classic for the rest of the Warcraft Classic Community!

It goes beyond words how grateful I am that Blizzard has taken the reigns to make this happen. I played Nost’s Vanilla servers, and stopped as soon as I heard Blizz was gonna do this. Thank you so much! Looking forward to having access to the old talent trees, and many other pre-cataclysm stuff once again. I miss it so much.

Retrieving Realm List taking 40 seconds for me. I’m excited to see what stupid stuff people get up to with the lvl 5 cap. I am not sure what class would be most fun for the conditions of the stress test.
